What is Xero Accounts Software

Xero is a cloud based accounting software for SMEs which has grown in popularity around the world including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, America, Singapore and the UK. Accounting software such as Sage in the UK, Pastel in South Africa, Tally in India, etc. have been in use around the world for many years and in fact we have trained up thousands of delegates on Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll software. Xero accounting software has several advantages over desktop accounts software including:

1. Xero is cloud based which means businesses can have 24/7 access to their accounting data from anywhere in the world and on any device that has internet connectivity; 
2. Xero was one of the first to introduce bank feeds i.e. bank data can be fetched from your online banking directly into Xero thereby minimising manual data entry;
3. Xero has a Mobile App. which enables you to take a photo of a receipt with your smartphone and enter in the accounting system there and then;
4. Xero is cloud based and therefore does not need the business to invest in expensive IT hardware;

1. Organisational and financial settings;
